A BCBA-led team where the work is actually clinical — not just signed off.
Small, founder-run ABA practice with clinics in Murray, Mayfield Village, Gahanna, and Worthington. If you’ve been one of fifteen kiddos on a single BCBA’s caseload at a big chain — this isn’t that.
“I still run cases. I still sit in sessions. If the clinical work suffers, the business doesn’t exist.”
— Ilana Gross, BCBA · Clinical Director & Founder
on-floor
Small on purpose, and staying that way.
Most ABA chains push one BCBA to loosely supervise 18–25 kiddos. Numbers work for the company; they don’t work for the kid or for you. We cap caseloads so a BCBA is in the room, reads the data the same week, and adjusts the plan in real time.
Real BCBA-to-RBT ratios
No clipboard-only clinical leads. Your BCBA knows the kiddo’s reinforcers, triggers, and family by name — because they’re in the room.
Mentorship, not sign-off
Our BCBAs sit with RBTs after sessions and rewrite programs together. The supervision hour is a real teaching hour.
Family-first scheduling
Most kiddos are on school-aligned shifts — early morning, after school, or summer block. We build your week around your life. School pickups, your own kids’ appointments — tell us.
Internal moves first
When a Senior RBT or BCaBA seat opens, we look at our bench before posting it. Promotions are how we grow.
Paid from day one
Training and your 40-hour RBT coursework are paid. No “come finish certification on your own time, then we’ll see.”
No absentee ownership
Ilana, our founder, is a working BCBA. She still carries cases and reads your session notes. Decisions get made by a clinician, not a private-equity dashboard.
RBT today, BCBA in a few years.
Plenty of our team came in as new RBTs and stayed. Here’s the road — and where we step in to help.
RBT
40-hour course paid, competency test, then 1:1 sessions with clinical oversight from week one.
Senior RBT
Complex cases, mentoring new RBTs, sitting in on parent meetings. Pay bump and a real change in scope.

In school for your BCBA? Ask us about supervised fieldwork and tuition support — case by case.
BCBA
Lead your own caseload at a sane size, mentor a team, and have a real seat at clinical decisions.
Tuition support and fieldwork supervision aren’t a blanket policy — they’re a conversation. If you’re serious about your BCBA and serious about staying, ask us.
A Tuesday for one of our RBTs — in their own words.
- 8:30First kiddo, age 4. Working on mands — he asked for “more bubbles” in a full sentence today. Logged it, sent his BCBA a note.
- 11:00Supervision. Thirty minutes one-on-one with my BCBA reviewing last week’s data. She walked me through a new prompt-fading sequence.
- 12:30Second kiddo, age 7. Rough morning at school — we dropped demands and did a regulation block. That’s the work too.
- 3:00Parent debrief. Five minutes with mom at pickup — real human, not a clipboard handoff.
- 4:00Done. Notes in by 4:15. Home for my own kid’s soccer practice.
This work is hard. We’d rather you know that now.
Kids have rough days. A session you thought would be great, won’t be. A kiddo will regress on a goal you spent eight weeks shaping. A parent will be short with you on the phone.
What we can promise: you won’t carry it alone. We debrief hard sessions the same day. Your BCBA is reachable. If you have a real well of patience and can sit in something uncomfortable without quitting on it — you’ll do well here.
What candidates actually ask us.
Do I need to be RBT-certified before I apply?
No. With a relevant background — education, psychology, special ed, working with kids — we’ll pay for your 40-hour course and walk you through the BACB competency assessment. Apply.
What does “flexible scheduling” actually mean?
We build your week with you. School-aligned shifts, summer-only blocks, part-time for student schedules — all real. You won’t be on call at 9 PM either.
Will you supervise my BCBA fieldwork hours?
In many cases yes — ask us. It depends on your program, your hours target, and your timeline with us. We’d rather build a BCBA from the inside than poach one.
How big are caseloads for your BCBAs?
Smaller than the chains. We won’t put a number in marketing copy because it flexes by clinic, but the test is simple: can our BCBA name every kiddo’s current goals from memory? If not, the caseload is too big.
