Neighborhoods we serve

Care close to home, across Greater Cleveland.

Our Cleveland-area clinic sits just east of the city in Mayfield Village — a short drive from the I-271 corridor and the eastside suburbs. We provide center-based ABA, in-home ABA, parent training, and early-intervention support for children on the autism spectrum, ages 2 through 18.

Beachwood

A short hop down Cedar — many of our Beachwood families come for center-based sessions or pair them with after-school in-home support.

Cleveland Heights

Easy access via Mayfield Road. We coordinate with school districts on IEP goals so home, school, and therapy stay in sync.

Pepper Pike & Lyndhurst

In-home ABA across the eastside — we bring therapy to your living room, your dinner table, the spots where skills actually matter.

Highland Heights & South Euclid

Both suburbs are five to ten minutes from the clinic. Most families combine center sessions with parent training so progress sticks at home.

Why Cleveland families choose us

Less waiting. More therapy.

Cleveland-area waitlists for pediatric ABA can stretch six months or longer. We built On Target to be different.

  • No waitlist. Most families finish intake and start sessions within 72 hours of their first call.
  • $0 for most families. We’re in-network with Medicaid and major Ohio commercial plans. We verify benefits on the call.
  • Real BCBA oversight. Every program is designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst — no exceptions.
  • One team, one plan. Center, home, and parent training are coordinated by the same clinician so your child isn’t bounced between strategies.
  • A clean, calm clinic. Mayfield Village is freshly renovated, sensory-friendly, and built for kids — not adults pretending to be.

“Beautifully renovated. Fresh and clean. Attentive, experienced staff. Always a pleasure to go there!”

FAQ · Cleveland

Questions Cleveland parents actually ask.

Short, honest answers. If yours isn’t here, call us — we’ll take the time to talk it through.

Where is your Cleveland clinic actually located?

Our clinic serves Cleveland from 767 Beta Dr, Suite C, Mayfield Village, OH 44143 — right off I-271, about 20 minutes east of downtown Cleveland. Most eastside suburbs are inside a 10-minute drive. See the Mayfield Village location page for parking, photos, and a map.

Which Cleveland-area suburbs do you serve?

For center-based ABA we welcome families from across Greater Cleveland — including Beachwood, Cleveland Heights, Pepper Pike, Lyndhurst, Highland Heights, South Euclid, Mayfield Heights, Gates Mills, Solon, Shaker Heights, and University Heights. In-home ABA generally covers the same eastside footprint; call us with your zip code and we’ll confirm.

Do you take our insurance?

Likely yes. We’re in-network with Ohio Medicaid and the major commercial carriers serving Cleveland-area families. For most families the out-of-pocket cost is $0. The fastest way to know for sure is to call (216) 343-1198 — we’ll verify benefits live on the phone.

My child doesn’t have an autism diagnosis yet. Can you still help?

Call us anyway. We can talk through what you’re seeing and point you to next steps. Most insurance plans require a formal diagnosis before ABA can begin — if that’s the holdup, ask us about our autism testing pathway and we’ll help you skip the long Cleveland-area waitlists.

How quickly can we start?

Most Cleveland-area families go from first phone call to first session in under 72 hours. The intake call takes about 15 minutes. We do the insurance legwork, schedule an assessment with a BCBA, and slot you into the next opening — usually that same week.

One call. We handle the rest.

Ready to get your Cleveland child started?

Live pickup Monday through Friday. We’ll verify insurance on the call and book your intake before you hang up.
